The geographical feature of Nantong is that the water network is vertically and horizontally, and there are many bridges outside the city, especially the bridges are the only way to get in and out of the city. This project is to establish a video surveillance and shooting system on 14 bridges in and out of the city, and to monitor the vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians entering and leaving the city 24 hours a day. That is, full coverage monitoring of motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks and green belts on the bridge deck. The system consists of bridge deck motor vehicle shooting equipment, bridge deck real-time monitoring equipment, signal transmission network, transmission equipment, central management platform equipment and software (including management server, streaming media forwarding server, storage server, disk array, etc.), client equipment,  auxiliary equipment such as license plate database and display wall screen.
